Fraunhofer IAOBased on the cross-sectional study we conducted with 112 participants, further empirical research and practical experience gained from the SozioMimic research project, we are currently developing key questions for the creation, deployment and operation of Mindset Twins.
The current guiding questions focus on a seven-phase approach that supports the development of a use-case-specific, data-protection-compliant and meaningful Mindset Twin. The questions bring together key insights on use cases, planning, data collection, quality assurance, interaction design and governance, thereby helping organisations to design and deploy Mindset Twins in a targeted and trustworthy manner.
